York Headwaters Area was formed in September 2002. It belongs to one of the 7 Areas of Shining Water Council. The boundary of our area is from Highway 27 to 9th Line and Bloomington Rd to Steeles.

We have a total of 33 Groups and about 2000 youths and Volunteers in our Area.
